Add New Employee Cycle

About the Add New Employee Cycle

When adding a new employee on the VIP System, a default cycle of screens must be completed.

 

This will ensure that all necessary information is entered onto the system.

 

Default Cycle

The default cycle consists of the following screens:

 

1. Basic Employee Information Screen (IS), which in turn consists of the following tabs:

2. Employee Leave Days Screen (LD)

3. Employee Linking Screen (MC)

4. Employee Increase Screen (INC)

5. Employee Payslip Screen (PS)

 

Available for VIP Premier and VIP Classic Payroll.

The Employee Analysis Tab, Employee Benefits Tab, Employee Leave Days Screen (LD) and/or Employee Linking Screen (MC) may be omitted from the above cycle, if required.

Additional screens may also be added to this cycle.
